What We Do
Cultural intelligence is no longer a soft skill. It is the defining leadership competency of the 21st century. As workforces diversify and business crosses every boundary imaginable, the leaders who thrive are those who have moved beyond awareness into genuine intercultural mastery.
Power in Diversity — Master Intercultural Intelligence is a six-module leadership program built on the Five Intelligences framework. It guides leaders to grow into conscious competence — the state where excellent cross-cultural performance is deliberate, consistent, and sustainable.
Developed over 25 years and protected under U.S. Copyright TXu001270813, the program is available for corporate licensing, Train-the-Trainer certification, and organizational purchase globally.

The Framework
Five interconnected domains that together take a leader from cultural unawareness to confident, conscious intercultural mastery.
First Intelligence
Leaders discover their own cultural programming, unconscious assumptions, and the invisible beliefs that shape how they interpret the behaviour of others. Without self-awareness, every other intercultural skill operates from a flawed foundation.
Second Intelligence
Mastering the full spectrum of communication across cultures — high-context and low-context, direct and indirect, verbal and non-verbal. Leaders learn to convey meaning with precision and receive meaning with accuracy across cultural communication styles.
Third Intelligence
Trust is built differently in every culture. This intelligence gives leaders the tools to build authentic, durable professional relationships with people whose relational expectations, pace, and norms are radically different from their own.
Fourth Intelligence
The ability to lead with cultural agility — to make deliberate, informed leadership decisions that account for cultural context, that motivate diverse teams, and that model the conscious intercultural competence the organization needs. Leaders build bridges across cultures, turning difference into a source of strength, innovation, and collective achievement.
Fifth Intelligence
Sustaining high performance when cultural friction, ambiguity, and misalignment are constant. Leaders develop the personal and professional resilience to maintain excellence in cross-cultural environments — and to emerge from each challenge stronger, more adaptive, and more deeply capable of inspiring the people around them.
Who It Serves
Power in Diversity is for any organization whose leaders must perform — or are failing to perform — at the intersection of different cultures, backgrounds, and identities.
Leaders managing cross-border teams, international clients, and global supply chains who need to move beyond cultural awareness into genuine intercultural performance.
Senior officials, diplomats, and public servants operating in multicultural environments who must build trust and cooperation across cultural and linguistic boundaries.
